Learn natural ways to cultivate "Chi", reduce stress & anxiety, focus, and calm your mind!


This course is for practitioners of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced. It consists of text and video instructions for enhancing vitality, cleansing meridians, detoxifying internal organs, and strengthening your immune system. 

One should practice consistently for at least 21 days. It takes at least 21 days to start the formation of a new habit. Doing the "Chi Cultivation" exercise daily will create a healthy new habit for your body, your mind, and your spirit. 

This practice will help you to improve focus, concentration, flexibility and provides better "Chi" flow and blood circulation within your body. It will calm your mind, strengthen & detoxify your internal organs, kidneys, liver, spleen, stomach, small & large intestines. It will help you burn fat, tighten abdominal muscles, and aid in weight loss.

Doing this exercise daily will promote smooth circulation of "Chi", a must for all energy training and "Chi" cultivation practice.

About the instructor

Gary Tong

Instructor Gary Tong started his discipline over 40 years ago with Grandmaster Alan Lee Chinese Kung Fu, Wu-Shu Association. He later discovered Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung (Qigong), studying with Dr. John Wan-Yuin Chang of Baltimore, MD. Gary also studied and taught Ilchi Lee's Dahn Yoga, Brain Respiration, and many other forms of Chi Kung (Qigong), energy cultivation. Sifu Gary teaches not only the physical movements of these arts but also the adhering principles and philosophy for practicing and awakening a deeper understanding of one's-self as a physical, energy and spiritual being. Gary Tong worked as a telecommunication system engineer for over 23 years and has now decided to follow his heart and mind in working with the human technology. Sifu Gary Tong continues his study and practices with LAMAS Qi Gong under the guidance of Grandmaster Lowe. LAMAS Qi Gong is a medical form of Qi Gong for the prevention and healing of various illnesses and diseases. Gary Tong is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida where he practices Chi Massage and therapeutic bodywork. Sifu Gary is also a member of the “Healing Society" and “World Tai Chi and Qigong” Organizations, promoting global health and wellness, through the healing arts of Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung (Qigong), Tao Yoga and Meditation.
