One should practice consistently for at least 21 days. It takes at least 21 days to start the formation of a new habit. Doing the "Chi Cultivation" exercise daily will create a healthy new habit for your body, your mind, and your spirit.

It will calm your mind, strengthen & detoxify your internal organs, kidneys, liver, spleen, stomach, small & large intestines. It will help you burn fat, tighten abdominal muscles, and aid in weight loss.
Doing this exercise daily will promote smooth circulation of "Chi", a must for all energy training and "Chi" cultivation practice.
