Read MoreThis program by Sifu Tong is probably the best I have seen, and I have seen many. As a tai chi practitioner myself for over 20 years, I can personally attest to the way the exercises have helped me. The movements and flexibility have kept me in excellent shape. I didn’t need physical therapy after a shoulder replacement, because of these exercises. I have also prevented injuries from falling, because I was able to maintain my balance when I did start to fall. The price is fair and you can’t go wrong.
